Having the distinction for being one of ImageFiction’s longest projects, the first renderings for Tishman Speyer’s Jersey City development were done in 2016. With the design and plans being refined over the years, we created the latest set of images for final city approval in summer 2022, with the development being given the green light from the Jersey City Planning Board in October 2022.
The renderings showcase different views of the overall development, including featuring Jersey City’s proximity to Manhattan via the New York Waterway Ferry docking at the foot of the development at Paulus Hook Pier. A couple images highlight possible seasonal programming options for how the public spaces could be activated.
