In developing this revitalized community out of the historic architecture of the original 1938 neighborhood, Related Midwest turned to ImageFiction to recreate the existing structures as they were to be preserved and restored. Beyond the buildings themselves, the renderings also captured the lush green and open spaces, especially the iconic Great Lawn.
